i know this is a little late, still easter is my favorite holiday so here you go.

Remember This

I walked into a store

And what did I see?

Bunnies and chicks,

Basketfuls of treats

Eggs of different sorts

Many kinds of sweets

These and a few things more

And somehow I wonder

If we’ve forgotten about the Lord

Now don’t get me wrong

The bunnies and chicks

Are really cute

A basket full of treats

Is a lot of fun too

When it comes to eggs and sweets

Cadbury beats the rest

Still let us not forget

The one who gives the best

When you see the bunnies and chicks

Let the truth of creation ring

At the sight of the baskets

Thank Him who gives all good things

Let the eggs remind you

Of the blessed trinity

And of all the sweets

None is sweeter still

Then the news the Gospel brings
