I didn't stay up one NYE, that is the night my daughter got sick - AGAIN. She's had 5 sore throats with swollen lymph nodes that stick out of her neck. 5 of them in 4 months. They can't seem to find the cause of them not strep, not mono, not tonsilitis, not staph. We have seen the ear nose & throat dr twice and he said if it happened again we'd have to discuss surgery.

We had a 2 month follow up on the 11th but since she got it again, they want her in ASAP. So she goes in on Monday and we discuss not only taking her tonsils out - but taking a piece of her lymph node and doing a biopsy on it.

This is the first time they think ALL the symptoms over the last year are related, so they want to check for a cancerous tumor.



Need lots of prayers! SHe's 16. :(


She is feeling much better today, but she is on the antibiotics. She always feels better once the antibiotics kick in, but when they wear off the illness comes right back. Drs. don't know what it is, and with her tremors in the past, they are concerned. Even though I'm scared of what it could be, we need to find out what is wrong so we can make her well again.

Just so yall will know this isn't my daughter, it is my friend's daughter.

I wondered, because I didn't remember your saying you had a little one. I'll pray for her.

I spoke to her on facebook and she says her daughter Is doing better. Now it's just dealing with a teenager. LOL I'll continue to keep them both in my prayers though.

dealing with a teenager? Tell me about it.. we have two. needless to say they had to up my meds.. lol love ya boys hahaha

Try dealing with three at the same time. AND.....two are girls. I'm so surprised I didn't kill either one of them or they didn't kill me.
