Its been a long time and I am comming home

Most of you know that I have been out of the picture here. I know it has not been fair to those who have stuck by me and held on and kept this place going. For that I am truly sorry. Life has dealt me some hard blows and there still coming. I just lost my giddy up go to keep up with life on the net. I am missing me my Tay man though I have to admit. Seeing him on idol tonight just brought back a wave of well you guys know the wave.. kinda when your belly does the flip floppies but its a good feeling.. yup thats the Tay-Wave :) anyway with him doing Vegas now I just thought maybe it was time to come on home and get my mind of reality and back into Tay land. Thank you all for being such great friends and fans and keep on keepin on! Miss you guys so much!

I hear ya Jodie. Seeing Taylor on Idol brought back so many wonderful memories. Knew I had to get off my lazy *** and mosey on back here. Now that I'm home I'll try to keep my hours more regulated. (ha)

Jodie and Deni. So glad you are back Jodie. I guess Deni told you we finally met when she visited her daughter in Fernley.

I did post in my re-cap of last night about Taylor performing in Vegas. In fact my mom has a friend who lives there and I mention to my mom this morning about renting a car this summer to drive down there. It is about an 8 to 9 hour trip down there. It would be great to hook up in Vegas and see the show together. I am waiting to see what the prices will be and if I can swing it financially. Once I find out I will give Deni a call and maybe we can work something out. I am thinking about a cheaper place to stay rather than Bally's which can be expensive. Sometimes I get deals at Harrah's. Anyhow, let me check on things in May and I will get back to you.

,,,, .... Sorry! I apologize to both of you. There has been so much going on lately that it literally slipped my mind. Yes, Crystal and I did get the chance to meet each other. We had a lovely lunch together. Only wished my daughter and the baby had been home so she could have met them too.

Hi all!

Well after much web searching and talking to my mom I am going to see Taylor in Las Vegas on July 10th. My mom is giving me this concert and trip as a present for my birthday which actually falls in May. I will be staying at the Plaza hotel downtown for three nights starting on the 9th of July. My mom likes Taylor too so she is also going to the show. However due to her bad eyesight we bought the more expensive tickets so she can sit as close as possible to the stage. Sadly, the seating is first come first serve so we are going to have to get in line really early before the doors open.

The good news is our tickets include a greet and meet with Taylor. I am so excited about this! By the way the tickets were either $29.99 or $59.99 but also have an added sur-charge of $7.50 for each ticket regardless of the one you buy. Another factor is the showroom only holds about 150 people. So as you can see I was real lucky to get the tickets.

Deni, if by chance you can get to Vegas and get a ticket, you are welcome to stay in my room which has two Queen beds. Not sure if my mom will be staying in the room or not as her friend may be having surgery then. I did check on the Greyhound from Phoenix and the cost is $30 each way. The travel time is roughly nine hours.

Hey Soultime glad you joined in! We have few active members but we still have a ton of fun here. We keep a very relaxed discussion so its not so stuffy and serious. Feel free to chime in any time. You do have talent. It is in the web design. I've tried looking up ways to do web design myself and can't find a damn thing. Probably looking in the wrong spots. No worries though....I'm very happy doing stuff like this. I like a simple piece of paper, a pencil and a whole lot of ideas.

you have natural talent mine is point and click lol yours takes skill mine just takes knowing how to use a program lol
