Yes, I'll be playing for Mr. Taylor Hicks, who won in American Idol in 2006.

Here's the sked.

Dec.18 -- Dolphin Park @ Glorietta
Dec.19 -- Greenbelt 3
Dec. 20 -- Trinoma

Thanks to the organizers and my idol, Mr. Louie Ocampo, for having me do all he charts for that gig, thereby providing much needed funds for my upcoming wedding. Haha. :-)

I had to do all 10 songs in 2 days. Had very little sleep, but it was all worth it. :-)

We've already rehearsed twice. So far, the band sounds great. Then, we rehearse for the first time with Mr. Hicks on the evening of the 17th, until the early hours of the 18th.

This is probably the first time I'll have jetlag without having to leave the country. Haha.

Also, this will be the first time I'll be using both my Hammond XK2 and my Motion Sound leslie simulator outside my studio. (Well, the Hammond got rented for Babyface's concert.)
