| For those that are new. I will exsplain. My son has been ill most of his life. He was diagnosed with crones at the tender age of ten. We have almost lost him several times. He is my only living child. His Crones became so bad, they started giving him what is called a rumicade shot every three months to help curb the suffering so he could eat. He started this shot when he was eleven. He is now almost twenty and still has to have it. Although he is always suffering, with this shot it has helped him to eat so he would get the nutrients he needs to survive. Here is where the news gets worse. Today he went to the doctors. He has walking phnemonia. They discovered this shot, has trashed his amune system. They also found three BLACK moles on him, they belive to be cancer. They are in the process of testing them. When they gave him the numbing shot to remove the moles. He had an alergic reaction. His skin started bubbling. Again the doctor said the rumicade shot is messing with the health of his skin. So once again, I am calling on my friends, and the lord God above to help us all make it through this. To cease my sons suffering and to heal this young man. He is also the father of a one year old boy named Shawn. They are the joy of my life. From the heart of a mothers love.. I ask you all to pray for my sons healing! Thank you all! Jodie | |

| *hugs* Okay, so we begin. Father, I give you my sister, Jodie today again and endlessly, for you have made her load very heavy today. I ask not that you take the trouble away, though if You would that would be the greatest thing ever, but if You cannot, remind her that she is not alone, remind her we need her so much, keep her burden managable and help her to manage it. Lord, let the others surround Jodie with love, envelop her in Your Light and Grace and Love and barrow all of our strength to make Harry strong and healthy. In the Name of The Sweet Lamb, Amen. I love you, Jodie. Stay strong. ~tyg | |

| Amen thank you so much! :(
I some how must find the strength Tyggy. Although im not sure where to dig it up from. Gesh, Deb just had another stroke a few weeks ago.... Im still trying to recover from seeing her lying on the gernie clinically dead. While they ripped her shirt off and was doing compreshions. My mother gave me her faith for a reason... I think she knew how much I would be tested. Right now I myself am also battling broncitis. When you have asthma its a lot tougher. I cant even talk on the phone. I am emailing and texting everyone. The lord may test me, however I pray he never tests me with out living my son or Debbie. I would surly wind up instititionalised for life... Love you

| Keep your faith strong Jodie and all the tests the Lord puts you through will turn into blessings. I know that with all my heart. You are a wonderful and generous person and he will give you bunches of strength to do what needs to be done.
Hang in there girl. We are all with you.
FAITH IS.... Knowing I am God's Precious treasure when I feel utterly worthless.
Debbie and your son are precious treasures too.

| Harry called me today. My first words (gulp) any news yet? His reply was not a good one. They have discovered that yes indeed my son has skin cancer. It is with a heavy heart I write to all of you. Although they removed the three moles. They also note there are more coming in. They will be keeping a close eye on him. He is now off the rumicade and will now be givin a new drug every week. He will have to travel far for this. The doctors told him that this new drug. (sorry my son could not remmber the name) Will leave him unable to do much for two days after treatment. The news gets worse. His pnemonia is not going away as fast as it should be. Once again he will be going back to the doctors for more tests. I am very greatful for all thos who have been praying and will continue to pray. This road is one well travled and very bumpy. So please don't stop praying. I will keep you all posted as things develop. Your all in my heart! Jodie | |

| Today is the big day. The day Harry went to see the Crohns specialist. As you probably already knew. I was on pins and needles all day. I finally heard from him around five this afternoon. His attitude was very good. This is what he told me: His doctor has taken him off of almost all his meds. He is starting from scratch. He wants to slowly introduce new meds to him so he can tell which meds work and which meds do not. There is a shot he wants Harry to take. They will send a nurse out to his house the first time it is given to him. Just to make sure if he is allergic he will be in good care. The name of it is HUMIRA. I looked it up and to me it seems as if it has just as many risks as the rumicade. So we shall see. This doctor took his time with Harry and went over everything from when he was first diagnosed. The doctor is requesting all tests results from the start till now so he can be very thorough with him. As for his cancer. The doctor needs to receive the tests results before he can determine what will be done. For now I find hope in knowing he now has a doctor who seems to know what he is doing. He is willing to take his time and make this right. He is going over all this with a fine toothcomb to try to get Harry's health back on track. So my comfort in all this is knowing Harry could have a fighting chance at the possibilities of being pain free and being able to cope with his Crohns. It is more hope then I have had since it all started. Oh my son also found out that his dad had put his stepmother down on the doctor’s forms when he was younger. As being his biological mother. That is why I was never contacted. ( grrr) Now that Harry is older, he will no longer be subjected to his step mothers taunts at the doctor’s office. Now the doctors will finally be able to listen to him without having his stepmothers influence. For those of you who don't know. Harry's stepmother always blamed him for being as sick as he had become. Her and his dad both often used to tell me he wanted attention when he got sick. They treated it as a mind game. When in fact it was a game they were playing with his life. Now we can rest knowing my son is in charge of his own health now and things may finally start to look up... Keep praying, the road is still a long and bumpy one ahead. There is hope that it may smooth out down the line... A huge thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers! God Bless you all! Jodie | |

| Good grief, remind me that I so do not need to meet this woman, Jodie. Blaming a kid for being sick, what nerve! I am encouraged by the Doctor, though. Keep us up to date. ~tyg | |
