ways to improve AI

No more honoree titles. No more giving the title to one contestant and the backing, support and funding to another. Whoever wins the title, receives the backing and support to go with it.



Put a limit on the voting. I think one vote per each contestant performing. 12 contestants = 12 votes, 2 contestants = 2 votes. That way those torn between two or more contestants can vote for all their favorites.



No more bad or extra auditions. By the time the show starts, they know they top 24 and that is where the focus should be.



No more drama of h-weak. It should be about the top 24 and their talent. Maybe show the best performance of each one during Hollyweek.



Once the voting starts dump the judges. At the very least they shouldn't sit there and begged for votes for some of the contestants.



Never again have the top 36 where so much great talent leave right of the bat for no reason at all other then to have a bogus wildcard run.



No more save.



No more establish singers coming on to 'promote their favorite'.



Winner gets creative control of the cd. (compare Soul Thing and Soul Thing) it hardly sounds like the same song. No more turning the winner into something they aren't.



And finally when it gets the top 4 or top 3 have original song night.

Woudln't it be easier to say....Let's get American Idol back to the way it was when it first started. You know, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back in Season One. That would be nice.
