IT WAS POINTLESS, WORTHLESS, STUPID, DULL, BORING AND IT SUCK TO THE HILT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND OUTSIDE OF JOSIAH LEMING HAVING A RECORDING CONTRACT IT HAD DO REAL REDEEMING VALUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well this is just your opinion I personally thought it was sure better then last year! But of course still non can compare to season five

I don't think season 7 was all that bad, Did not care for season 6 I didn't think they had enough talent, and remember thinking that any of the top 24 from season 5 could have won season 6. But it's just my opinon. At least Taylor made an apperence in season 6 which helped it in my opinion.

I thought six was a total waste of space, myself, though Jordin's played all over the place here. Seven was meh, okay, I guess. Nothing that kept me glued to the TV though.

Well mae, you are certainly entitled to your opinion but sorry I have to disagree with you on this. In my opinion I did enjoy many from season 6 which included the talents of Melinda, Lakisha, Phil, both Chris Sligh and Chris Richardson and yeppers also liked Blake and Jordin at times, not always. I own Blake and Phil's cds and like them alot. Next to get is Chris Sligh as I have heard the tracks and although it is a christian cd I like it. Hope to get music from Melinda, Lakisha and Chris Richardson in the future. The worst part of Season 6 for me was the finale with the exception of seeing our loveable Taylor who was awesome in my book.

As for Season 7, I truly liked all the Davids, Chikezie, Carly and Michael and plan to buy their music for sure. I know there were others in the top 24 who also would get my money if they get the chance to record. As for Josiah, yes this boy can sing but needs to develop his style more and I would possibly be interested in his cd. This season's finale was pretty good I think.

Of course season 5 was totally the best of all the seasons with the variety of talent they had and will always be my favorite of all. Season 4 is a close second for me of favorites.

Well CC I guess your enjoyment for music is wide spread lol. As for me, I could have never seen season six and would have been more then happy. Although I did enjoy this year and looked forward to seeing it week from week. None can compare to Tay,Bucky,Elliott and Ace.and of course Chris. we can forget the Kat person though

CC- I agree with Jodi, your love for music is very clear and that is a good thing, all though season 6 was a bit of a let down I still watched it so it couldnt' have been that bad right? As for season 7 Hey I found David Hernandez and I think this kid is great and that song he wrote is Wonderful, check it out some time. I can seriously see it going places if it ever gets recorded, anyway season 7 was better than 6 but still not as good as 5 but I think they'll have to search far and wide for a group that will beat the top 12 or even the top 24 of season 5.

I'm kidding of course, Like I said, I'm glad season 7 brought David Hernandez, just like I'm sure that the other Davids and the others fans are glad that they seen their favorite this season, Not every season can be wonderful, but I do get a tickle out of some that say this season and or last season was better than 5. NOT A CHANCE...

okay Mae we get the hint lol We agree to disagree. Because I really enjoyed David Cook. I thought the kid has talent for sure. For him to be able to as a non perfersional here to jazz the songs up the way he did.. he got what it takes

Yeppers, you caught me. My love of music is very widespread. I have music from every genre, even country which is my least favorite but have to admit I do own several cds and tapes from country artists.

Different idols have caught my eye in one form or another and when I hear something they sing that sounds good to my ears I am all for them. Take Chris Richardson from Season 6. Even though some of his performances were not so good if you heard his music that he wrote you might change your mind. His song "Alone" is fantastic in my book. Chris Daughtry from Season 7 turned out to be a real disappointment for me personally and I would never support his music.

Now for this season 7, I think David Cook is truly gifted and look forward to getting his music as I mentioned in my other post. I feel really glad that we have had the opportunity to see so many who truly have talent from all of the seasons.
